Again: the rules spell out that this is about production studios as they appear in the credits.

The credits only list Tritone Filmindustria as a production studio.

Hence: Italy is the only CoO per Invelos rules.

Regardless of the fact that actually it was an international co-production.

When it comes to contributions to the Invelos database, Invelos rules apply. Whether I agree with them or not is irrelevant. Whether the information is factually wrong or not is irrelevant, as long as Invelos rules are met.

Hence I agree with Gunnar’s initial stance. Only credited production companies are decisive for CoO. Theatrical release studios don’t count.

I also agree with Yves’ position that if you want accurate information, you cannot rely on the Invelos database.

Sometimes for me as well, in combination with Music, War or occasionally Sports. Television may come in as well, although I agree that in fact this is not a genre and should have a different field.

The only way to do that is by replacing all Germany-locality DVD profiles in your collection by profiles of the same movies from some English-speaking locality (US, UK etc.).

Or by manually replacing the German Overview text in the profiles in your collection by English text taken from a profile of the same movie from some English-speaking locality (US, UK etc.).

There are several options available to you in DVD Profiler to keep them together, including using Tags and using the Sort Title field to this end.
