It would help if we could see a screen shot of the rear cover but based on the way you describe it I would have to go with Voltaire's interpretation. Do not included it.

As far as the 2 languages go.... I have no idea what standards those of you who deal with it have set up so I will not comment.

When the overview rules say you don't include extras, it means you don't use the space to make a list of the extra features.
In this case, the documentary is mentioned within the overview itself, so should be included.

As for the 2 language overview, and I'm assuming that one is simply a translation for the other, I would follow the locality - if it's from a German speaking country, use the German one, and vice versa. But that's your choice, you may decide on is more relevant than the other. I certainly wouldn't put both.
