I have changed all my incorect UPS but have many Disc id's that can't be changed manually as far as I know. When I put the disc in to have the program change the Disc id it is not recognized. The only way I have been able to correct the Disc id is to use add disc in CD-rom and then copy all the Disc data, images and profiles and then delete the one with the bad Disc id.
Anyone found an easier way to fix these Disc id as I have over 200 to fix.
Love this new program
Bill

Where are you trying to do this?

You should just need to select DVD > Change EAN > insert the disc and once it's read it tick the use current disc id box

Anybody has this problem!!!!!

After I installed V3 and restored database (2.5) I had 7 UPCs unrecognised.  I changed the UPCs to the DVDs IDs and uploaded.  These have now been released.  When I updated the online profiles the cast of these 7 DVDs doubled.  I tried to edit and remove the double cast entries however when I deleted the cast names tripled!!!!

I unistalled and reinstalled V3 and restored 2.5 database again.  I got the same 7 UPCs unrecognised even though these were uploaded and released.  I inserted the DVD in the drive and DVD Profiler still did not recognise these DVDs.

There's an acknowledged problem with cast and titles with disc id, if you work your way through the tech support forum you'll come across the thread.

Thanks this works. What I was doing was just putting the disc in and letting the program id the disc which on most disc id's it pops up a box  "Disc not recognized ad DVD manually"
