| Posted: | | | | Anyone know: if you convert to a local database, can you still sync to the pc? if not, how would someone update the app as new titles are added? |

| Posted: | | | | You don't synch to the PC when you have a local database. On the main screen for a local collection, if you click the arrow in the upper left, you get a list of options - one of which is Update Collection. This will connect online and update any profiles.

Thanks for the quick reply, great app!
You mean that it will sync to the online collection? |

| Posted: | | | | One more question: What is the advantage/purpose of converting to a local database?
Thanks in advance! |

Local databases would probably primarily be used by people who do not chose to use the desktop version.

| Posted: | | | | Got it. Thanks so much for the quick replies. I've been using the desktop software since the intervocative days. Thanks for a great product! Look forward to future updates. |
