Not the answer you want, but ...

I know of no way to change the resolution in Profiler alone. I believe the only way is to change the screen resolution in Windows. But this will obviously apply to all your programs.

Maybe someone else knows a better way?

This may be different, depending on your version of Windows.  This is from Windows 8.1

No need to give answers here.

PeterH. (or Tuvok) is a known troll in several forums.
His strategy is always the same. Ask a more or less valid question and then refuse to understand the answers.

He's able to play this for a loooong time.

Tuvok is one of the main reasons why experienced users lose the will to help inexperienced ones.

Hi,
Here's a snip comparing the Profiler type to that of my browser:

Does your's look different?  If so posting an image might provide a clue as to the problem you're having.

Change the resolution of your monitor to 1280 x 720.  That should make the text nice and big.

I dont want to change the Resolution of a 33" Monitor, from 3840 x 2100 to 1920 x 1200
that will be a Solution but it must be a other Solution for this Problem

This is the pitfall encountered with these higher resoltion monitors.  There is no good solution that I know of short of what's been suggested.  Well, you could purchase a 50" monitor at the same resolution instead.    Okay, not helpful I know.  I've been running dual 24" 1920x1200 monitors for 10 years or so now and have no plans to ever change that up.  If I find a practical need for a 4K monitor at some point I'll limit it's use to very specific tasks, but it won't ever replace my primary display(s).

I've been using that same setup for years myself and love it.
