DaMikstar hit the nail squarely on the head.  The key phrase is "to be entered as a normal profile".  As he indicated, normal profiles list all the features regardless of where they are located in the set.

My Lord of the Rings collection has 4 discs for each film.  Two of those discs contain only special features.  All those features are listed in the main profile for the film and nowhere, but on the cover, does it tell me where those features are located.

Why we would do it any differently for combo sets is beyond me.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
