I saw it in the cinema a while back (awesome btw), and there are no credits half-way through anyway. It's one film that happens to be on 2 discs.

For those who want to profile the 'second media format' as a box set entry, then I would just add one child profile to the main 'box set': the disc ID of the first blu-ray, and add both bluray disc IDs to that disc info field.

I have a bunch of blu-ray/DVD sets, and I'm not using the box set function to profile the different media formats, so for the Kill Bill release I would just have one barcode profile and 4 discs IDs in the disc info field.

Sam Anderson's 1945 BY is incorrect. It should be 1947, as listed in the imdb and wikipedia links above.
