Found this in the KB, have you tried this? Quote:
Receiving error message '??? is not a valid date.
The program is unable to process new entries or updates, and gives an error message such as '12-1-2001 is not a valid date'.
Answer:
DVD Profiler uses the windows regional settings to determine date formats. All numeric date formats, such as 12/1/2001, or 2001-12-1 will work correctly. However, date formats which use the month name are not compatible with DVD Profiler.
To resolve this, visit the Windows control panel, regional settings. For the Short Date format, select a format that uses numeric entries. Avoid selecting any format with 'MMM' for the month, which will use the month name. |
