| Posted: | | | | Just installed v2.6. When I try to export my collection to html the following error appears:
Run-time error '383': 'Text' property is read only
Then CCV crashes to desktop. I re-installed v2.5 which works fine; maybe a problem with the new filter support in v2.6? | | | Ugly Online Collection Pretty Online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I have uploaded a new Beta-Version here. Just unzip this Zip archive and replace the CCViewer.exe in your installation with the included exe. Now I know how many people are using the HTML export as you are the first one noticing it. Because of special circumstances I didn't notice it during my tests, but it should have happened for everyone using the HTML export beginning with version 2.6. | | |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Tom!! I just discovered CCV recently, and never got a single match when searching (Google) for that run-time error - so I thought it was just me. | | | Last edited: by FrankieFiero |

Now I know how many people are using the HTML export as you are the first one noticing it. I think the HTML export lacks advertising. I've been using my "own" Online Collection ever since I stumbled over DVDoug's Profiler Companion because the Invelos Collection really hurts my eyes. And I was really glad when I discovered CCV after the Companion development stopped. Keep up the good work. | | | Ugly Online Collection Pretty Online Collection |

| Posted: | | | | I need beta testers: I have added a new field called "CustomTitle". You can enter now a custom title for each profile. E.g. it can be used to enter the English title for an Asian movie of your German DVD profile. It includes new skin tag CUSTOM_TITLE and option View->Use custom title This change is affect a lot of parts throughout the program, so I would appreciate some beta testers before I release a new version. If you are interested, please download this zip file and replace the CCViewer.exe in your installation with the included new exe file. Please report any issues you have to me. Thanks! Other changes in this beta version: New: New setting for including profiles of certain collection types in Owned tab Change: SetAutoAlias function updated to current Invelos common name filter Change: Use title if original title is empty on import of IMDb Data Fix: Crash at loading HTML Export form | | |

| Posted: | | | | Hello Tom!
Just installed the 2.7 version of CCV. Everything seemed to be fine, but an issue occured to me when I was editing an episode profile. In the deviant skin, the link from main profile to episode profile doesn't worked, instead a blank screen appeared. Without skin the links worked fine.
Greetings! | | | Last edited: by Sidnei Novais |

| Posted: | | | | Should have used skins more and I would have noticed this stupid mistake It was a side-effect of the change to use the system's temp folder for creating the temporary html files. I have uploaded a new beta version here, with which it should work now. FYI, beta version now install in a separate folder and also use their own MyDocuments folder. | | |

| Posted: | | | | Hello again, Tom! With group cast/crew implementation in my profiles, I found something annoying when there's a profile with group crew in the Deviant skin. Like example below: This image refers to The Exorcist's profile, which have 2 crew groups: "Iraq Sequence" and "Additional Footage & digital remaster". Under Deviant (Don't know about the other skins), these groups are shown in a messy way in the "Overview" section. Is there some configuration I can do by skin edit, or is this issue way more complicated than that? By the way, following the same question, is there a way to "supress" a repeated credit in Deviant skin's overview section? In the same example, we can see the name "William Peter Blatty" twice, of course because he is the Screenwriter and original author, but at skin the repeated information (since appears only as "Writer"), seems a little redundant. Cheers! |

| Posted: | | | | I am aware that the crew skin tags cannot handle the group dividers. As I am not a fan of group dividers in crew, I have never bothered to find a way to handle these. But it is currently already possible, if javascript and the headervar CCV_CrewCredits are used. With this you can also handle duplicate entries. I had a try with this on the Deviant skin. You can find my result here. | | |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the always quick response.
The modified deviant skin really worked for both situations, thanks! I'm also not a fan of group dividers in crew, although I use it strictly in case of different cuts for same movie.
Btw, I also noted the links for director and writer (on overview) no longer works with the modifications in skin source, but now it's a lot more organized. |

Forgot about that. This was also generated by the crew skin tag. Now this has to be handled by the javascript. I have enhanced it and uploaded it. One restriction though: I have not implemented it yet to also work in the skin for HTML export. It's a little more complicated there. If really needed, I will further enhance it. | | |
