Older versions (< 10) might not fully support this feature on BluRays

Turns out that not all PowerDVD10 versions are Blu-ray capable either.  The Cyberlink web page for PowerDVD10 is extremely misleading with the graphic at the top.  From that, one would think that all of them (2 versions) would handle Blu-rays.  Nope.  Only that 3D Ultra version.  I don't need 3D, so I just upgraded to the Mark II Deluxe.  Doesn't read Blu-ray.

Now I have to deal with customer service to get that straightened out.

Or - if possible - you could downgrade to version 9 Ultra:

I have used this program for a number of years.

While it provides more info about a BD disc than Nero Info Tool, it doesn't list the region code for either type of media.

Yes, it does, for DVDs:

I should be able to get customer support to refund the upgrade that I did so that I can reorder to correct one.

If it isn't Unix, it isn't an OS :-)
