The one I have is 352x240. It's no better than the ones on youtube with the exception of the one that is barely watchable. When you go to youtube and type in "banned spiderman trailer" the 2nd one that shows up is better than the other ones and mine. It's called "WTC-trailer Spider-Man" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cYsOwvN6os). I never looked before, because I acquired it back in 2002.

And if I sent it to anyone, it would be free. Zipped it's 17,386 KB.

H.264 in a MP4-container? Definitely not in mint condition.

Unfortunately, 2001 was still early days when it comes to quality movie trailer downloads. Don't believe they ever released the Spider-Man teaser online in better quality.

If I'm not mistaken, the 1080p variety didn't start until early 2005, before that it was h480 and h640.
