He is credited Michael Williams only in  The Blair Witch Project (checked on CLT).
In CLT results for Michael C. Williams the credits for Gridiron Gang and Slackers are wrong (the actors should be Michael C. Mahon and Michael C. Maronna respectively), and there are also a lot of overlap with The Blair Witch Project (that should be Michael Williams), Altered and Without a Trace  (that probably should be Mike C. Williams).
So the right common name probably is Mike C. Williams, but it should be safer check in the forum the credits.
