| Posted: | | | | Hello, after many attemps adding profiles for a box, I now have downloaded the box of "screen icons Romy Schneider". With the box I get all the 5 dvd profiles. So far so good. Now when I look at the "DVD owned" I see the box, but not the tiny + sign and so the subset of the 5 DVD's, while I have that for many other boxes. What do I do wrong?
When I remove a DVD from that box and want to attach it again I have a big problem. How do I do that? I have some boxes where a DVD is missing and adding the DVD gives me problems. How do I do that?
It is really a pity that there is no manual, because in that case I could probably read how to work with boxes.
So if someone can me help me please do. |

| Posted: | | | | So you added to your collection a box set that includes 5 sub-profiles, but these profiles don't appear "inside" the box set in your collection, right?
Do these profiles appear "on their own" elsewhere in your collection, outside the box?
- If so, you can modify the profile of the box set, go to the contents section and add manually each of the 5 profiles.
- If not, maybe you unwillingly answered "no" when the software offered you to add the sub-profiles to your collection. In that case, I admit I'm not sure how you can download them afterwards. |

| Posted: | | | | It's quite easy to add or subtract to an item to a box set using the PC app. I do it all the time. Just open up the parent and select "Box Set Contents". Double clicking an item will add it to or subtract it from the parent. Just make sure to save before exiting. There is an online manual of sorts in the Help tab. |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe I did not make myself clear: In the box content there is a column called Title In that column one gets a little square, but some boxes get left of that little square a + and when you click on that you get the DVD's belonging to that box So I have this Screen Icons box Romy Schneider downloaded from DVD Profile and it includes all the DVD's, but no + sign. The Pink Panther box profile downloaded shows the + and all the DVD's are shown when one clicks on that + sign.
But still thanks for your advices and nanoron I think I go struggle in the help and try to find the Box chapter that gives me the answer I need. 42 chapters to be exact. |

With all due respect, I find the answers quite good, to the point and quite simple - far from requiring you to read 42 chapters. Did you try this? Quoting nanoron: Quote: ... In this case, i would recommend the following solutions: • highlight the parent profile and press CTRL+F12 keys together (that is, hold down the CTRL key and press the F12 function key). • Alternatively, highlight the parent profile and use the DVD Profiler top menus: " Online" ==> " Refresh DVD from Invelos" ==> " Check for Child Profiles" |
