ive read through several posts recently, turned off my VPN, Firewall, and Security features on my PC but it still will not connect and sync my profile via the app, Any help would be appreciated

First make sure you have Local Network selected in the DVD Profiler app settings on your iPhone.

Also make sure your Windows PC local network is set to PRIVATE. See below on how to do this:

In addition, make sure you typed the server name in properly in the DVD Profiler app on your iPhone. It is at the bottom of the DVD Profiler window on your PC. You can also use the IP address instead, which is also at the bottom of the window. Try them both. One may work while the other won't.

If you have an iPad, see if you have the same problem connecting. It may help you diagnose your problem.

Finally, make sure DVD Profiler is open and running on your PC when you try to connect.
