| Posted: | | | | As per the title , in View as details random thumnails show as red oblongs. These are usually for the DVD variant in Blyu Ray \ DVD combos, but occasionaly as the main entry. The cover image displays correctly in the front and back image pane. |

Ok, next things (try in order, and stop if fixed): (1) Online > Refresh Online Profile List (2) Online > Refresh All Images (3) View > Load Layout (this will reset your layout, so you might want to save your existing one first) (4) Refresh the whole database - there is a recommended procedure. If you don't know it, ask. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

(1) Run full repair of existing database (2) Backup (3) Create a new, empty database (4) Restore the backup into it (5) Lock any fields you don't want to be overlaid (personal data is not overlaid by default) (6) Online refresh all profiles and images (7) Backup again This is about the cleanest you can get an existing database. Hopefully you will be good to go. If not, then it is not a database issue, and you might consider un-installing DVD Profiler, reboot your PC, then re-install. | | | Thanks for your support.
