| Posted: | | | | Is the tracking of the common name threads really appreaciated that much? I can't believe that nearliy 100.000 page hits are my own interest in it... ... or does no one care about anything around here? ... or am I too sensitive? I don't know if I should feel embarassed, ashamed or humiliated. | | | Complete list of Common Names • A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1) |

| Posted: | | | | I can only speak for myself but it's appreciated. I often use your list of Common Names to check whether there already is a thread or I have to start a new one. But I think I've never upvoted a post in this forum. And don't worry most of my common name threads don't get much attention as well, at least when it comes to upvotes. | | | Think different

| Posted: | | | | I use them all the time as well. They are greatly appreciated! | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that. Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |

| Posted: | | | | Few of us are left to be active and constructive on this forum. But we do it with pleasure. With our investigations and documentation we enrich this place day after day. (It is becoming the most complete database on the web ...). An appreciation from the community would be a sign that our work is worthwhile. | Posted: | | | | I use it more times than not whenever I audit the cast/crew of a disc. It's so much easier than trying to search through everything in other ways. I REALLY appreciate it. Thank you for doing it and keeping it up to date. | | | Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it? Guttermouth "Lemon Water". Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally. So I'm an anarchist, deal with it. Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted... | | | Last edited: by SpikyCactus |

| Posted: | | | | I don't understand where this is coming from. When I gave you massive props recently, you complained that I made you unhappy and uncomfortable. Or perhaps compliments from me aren't good enough for you ...
Then maybe the fact that, using your help and advice, I have hundreds of hours of plugin work that hopefully will be helpful to the community, will be something you can enjoy?
Edit: In fact I have some other things I wanted to do, based on your work, if I can get your permission. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

| Posted: | | | | I use the common name threads every time I audit a profile. It is invaluable the work you guys put into it. Please don't stop. Even though Ken is not visible anymore, the website and database are still up and running and I am extremely thankful for that. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |
