In December, I took it in for warranty repair at the Best Buy where I bought it. They said I would need to contact HP, who said I would need to mail it to them and expect it back in 6-8 weeks. It's a friggin' pandemic, and the public library started extremely limited computer use only last week. They are out of their minds. I'm fdefinitely never buying anything from HP again.
Today it crashed with DVD Profiler running, and now even after several shutdowns of my computer, I can't do anything with the program. I get "Connecting to Invelos software" and nothing. I can't even close the program, just an error sound effect if I attempt literally anything from canceling to closing. Clicking anywhere on the program does exactly the same thing. |

I have yet to find any program that is any where close to what this app/program has done. For now I'm not jumping ship as this is nothing out there that I like.
If the website is still up I'm not sure why the app isn't being updated. I wish Ken well and hope something will be done with DVD Profiler in the near future. |
