 | | Posted: |  |  |  |  |  |  | I have bought a DVD with EAN 8711197210913 and it gives three matches, but it's none of them. I'd like to add a fourth, but it doesn't work. I tried:
 -Add by UPC;
 -I fill in the EAN number at UPC
 -I see the 3 matches and click on Add Multiple
 -Again, I fill in the EAN number in the white box at the bottom

 But the OK button stays grey. What am I doing wrong?

 | | Posted: | | | | | | | Hi. Have you tried adding by disc ID? If you have a DVD drive in your computer, put the disc in and try to add that way. Otherwise, you will probably have to add from scratch.    |

 | | Posted: |  |  |  |  |  |  | What is/are the title(s)? I think the solution is creating 8711197210913 #4.
 Edit: I see rdodolak beat me to it.
 | | | | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
 Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!
