Can someone summarize how disc IDs are handled in this version? I've been trying to update my ten-character UPCs to 12 digits where, for no comprehensible reason, this has not been done for me even when the 12-digit ID is in the database. Also flagged as possibly erroneous UPCs are 8-digit disc IDs of B sides of double sided discs. Why do A sides have 16-digit IDs and B sides 8-digit IDs? Is this the way it's supposed to be? Or do I have to insiert all my double-sided discs (with a movie or more on each side) all over again to get the right IDs?

Some Disc-IDs could not be computed and therefore remained unconverted. There is a Flag List that you can load through the Flags menu entry, which will point those out for you. At the time of conversion, the program was not aware of the online database and simply computed, but didn't "compare".

During the conversion the program picked the Disc-ID from the Side-A slot to be the identifier for the profile. If the Disc-ID was in the B-Side slot, with A-Side being empty, it failed and needs manual correction. Same problem for profiles with 2 Disc-IDs, where the program "didn't want to decide" which one to choose.

Just find the entries that have not been converted and update them manually.

I see that the basic deal is that this version stores more information (specifically, more information on each side of a double-sided DVD), so we old users have to go back to the source to get that information. Such is life....
