In the edit profile -> cast window i just can't seem to get the drag&drop working. Whenever i try to drag something (i tried .jpg files, pictures from websites, pictures from other apps) it doesn't do anything. In fact it only shows the circle with a / through it showing it's not allowed. Even pasting an image from the clipboard doesn't work I'm using Windows Vista with a non-admin account, running dvd profiler as admin.

The drag and drop should work fine through Windows explorer, from a web page, try to do a Copy--Paste.

...the info below is slightly off topic, but there you have it...
I feel it should work either way, but I have pasted about 1000 cast & crew in so far and this is the way it seems to work fine for me.  Also, I have found that if you are looking through the "Filmstrip" view in Explorer, you have to drag the file -- not the larger displayed image.

I am not sure if there is something stopping the drag & drop from web page (I can see how that is possible) or it could be because I only use Firefox, there are other issues I have faced because things are written for "Microsoft" technologies (such as copying my license from the website where it says "click to copy").

I don't know if this helps or not, hope so

i just did some more testing but the only time it worked was when i opened a jpg in paint.net, marked a part, copied it to clipboard and pasted it. i had to open both programs (paint.net and dvd profiler) as admin...

For me, with Firefox no problem.
Do you use the last version of DVD Profiler (3.0.2 b1124) ? because with the previous version, I couldn't drag & drop ?
