Ans - either you scan them yourself
or you find the covers on the net... http://www.cdcovers.cc/ or similar

Other than that, for things like pre-releases, I get them from comingsoon.net, they usually have a pretty large number, especially if you are looking for pre-release covers.

Another one I have gotten them from is covers.box.sk, but they have lots of non-R1 covers and mine are almost all R1, your milage may vary.

As I said though, if you have the DVD, your best bet (and ours) is to scan it yourself and submit it to the group!!
