During my last profile updates, the overview for this DVD was changed.  According to the rules, we should be using proper capitalization rules for titles.

  • AS PER RULES: For English titles do not capitalize joining words such as "of", "the", "a", "in", etc. unless they are the first, last or only word in of the title

  • Does this also apply to movie titles within overviews??  In this case, 'The Fast and the Furious' was changed to 'The Fast And The Furious'.

If I'm interpreting the rules correctly, this new change is not correct and it should have remained 'The Fast and the Furious'.

    Anyone??
    Thanks
    Peter

Overviews should be exactly as printed on the cover with no corrections.

The rules for entering titles in the Title field are not designed to over ride other rules.

    Quote:
Overviews should match the back of the DVD case exactly, including capitalization of words exactly as it is shown on the back of the case. If words are highlighted in italic or bold on the case, then identify them with ‘single quotation’ marks.  Exception: If the entire overview uses an uppercase font, enter the overview using standard capitalization rules.
