I don't have this DVD at hand right now, so I can't check it personally. If I were you I would use the copyright year found in the credits (or alternatively on the cover) as production year, since different online sources seem to operate with different release years.

As for CoO, it was not an Italian production, but rather a Spanish/UK co-production, according to several online sources. Check the name of the first production studio in the credits (NOT the distribution studio, though) or the name of the producer(s) - if it's UK then put UK as CoO, if it's Spanish use Spain as CoO.

Well at the beginning of the film it says "A presentation of Motion Picture Holdings"

Cannot find anything on them sounds more English than Spanish i suppose but need some proof can't put UK as CoO on a hunch.

Motion Picture Holdings is at the beginning of the film at the front of the DVD before the film starts you have

There are no end credits just a black screen with music that goes on for about a minuet or so (I wonder if the end credits have been removed for some reason)
