Contributing covers with relabeld bar code

In the contribution rules it says:

The covers must match the profile exactly, including the UPC and locality.

I have two HD DVDs out of Toshibas Promotion offer (free HD DVDs), where the bar code is relabeld with a sticker which says "Toshiba Promo 07 Not for Sale".
Should these images be submitted, though the UPC is not visible?

I think rhe sticker issue has been mentioned before and it should be the bar code associated with the profile. You could always temporarily switch out the cover art with another case if the sticker doesn't come off easily, scan in that and then switch them back.

They definitely shouldn't replace existing scans under that UPC.
