Is there any way to put a note in that will appear on a report as to where my dvd's are? example....1st shelf, 2nd shelf, What room or book they are in? Thanks for any help

Hello !
if you choose Ctrl+P , you  find a little box  "Location"
there you can write 1 st shelf etc.
