I have taken the USA locality for IT ( as an example) and changed the locality to Canada. I then went back to the data base found and saved the pending addition of the locality of IT ( which was USA, as there was no Canada listing). I then downloaded the locality of USA- 'IT' back to my Invelos program. I now had two copies of IT, but only one was in Invelos data base., I then submitted and (finally) it was approved- as Canada locality. So thanks to me, we now, today, have Stephen King's IT as two entries under Canada and USA .  So bottom line, if you don't see what you are looking for in the database., Download the closest competitor and then change locality and contribute.
