Just to know how to download the new version of dvd profile without lost anything from the other version 3.0.0

Is there something to do before the downloading ?

I think about layout, reports and of course database

You shouldn't need to worry about anything, but it's always best to be safe. Before installing:

1) Backup the database (option within program)

Using Explorer, navigate to /my documents/DVD Profiler/ (or whatever it is)

2) Save any custom layout to a backup location (may want to just backup whole 'Layouts' directory)
3) Save any custom reports to a backup location (may want to just backup whole 'Reports' directory)

Depends how pessimistic you feel about something going wrong and how much work it is to recreate your custom layouts / reports.
