Can't edit Profiles - Error Message: Cannot create file c:\ProfileOld.xlm

Hello I can't edit profiles or leave an open profile unchanged. There is always this message:

Error Message: Cannot create file c:\ProfileOld.xlm

coming up and the only way to exit DvdProfiler is via the taskmanager. I'm using Vista.
