I would say... Yes!!    (The studio credit should be "Laura Ziskin Productions", that is.)

OK, that makes sense.

Out of curiosity, I checked a dozen Spider-Man profiles, no one credits LZ in Studios.
But that doesn't mean they are right

I think this one is the exception as most of the time when a movie says "A so-and-so Film" or "A so-and-so Production" they are generally referring to a director or a producer credit and not an actual company.  In this case it happens to be a company with the person's name in it, but it was probably left out of the other profiles since most people tend to ignore credits like this.  So.. good catch.

I don't think this is an exception. I see a lot of "distribution company presents a production company film". At least as often as "producer presents a director's film".

No, (Executive) Producers and Directors are not Studios. They are just presented as "A ... Production/Film" to have their (famous) names in front of everybody else in the opening credits. Other than that I think it's redundant to show their names in both Studios and Crew as the Studio List is limited to three and adding them leaves little to no room for other real Studios.
