Until recently, when I wanted to add a title to my wish list from the online database the titles woujld show both standard dvd and either or both HD-DVD and Blu-ray titles. Now I get only DVD titles. Since these are often preordering titles and I still do not have the UPC entry numbers, I have had to enter the standard DVD then add the High Definition material I could find. Later, when a site shows the correct UPC and I go to the title to "edit" after having entered the correct UPC I get a message that the title is in the database, but with quotes around the title, not as it used to be. Do I need to change some setting? At this time I have checked all three HD-DVD, Blu-ray and DVD.  |

Try looking for a title you know you've seen there before (like one already in your list) just to make sure that one is still being listed.
Also, post here a title that you're looking for - we can check our databases and see if it's showing up.
Edit: also try clicking the "Refresh Online List" button at the bottom of the Add DVD window just to make sure it's up to date. | | | | Last edited: January 18, 2008 10:23 PM by northbloke |
