I would say the title is still "Game of Death".
"Bruce Lee" is an actor credit, many stars get their names above the film title, this is just one of them.
In terms of edition, I would go for "Den Uklippede Originalversion: Collector's Edition" if it fits.

All the info given I would go for:

Title: Game of Death
Original Title: Si Wang You Ju / Game of Death
Edition Field: Den Uklippede Originalversion: Collector's Edition

The rules:
"Original Title
The Original Title field serves two general purposes, but in both cases allows for the tracking of the original feature title. Use the title from the copyright notice if available, otherwise from the film's credits."

What is the title of the movie in the movie itself?

I agree with ruben.
The addition "Game of Death" is not needed in the original title.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

The original title seems to be "Game of Death". IMDb (while not always reliable) lists "Si wang you ju" as an alternate title and we don't have a field for that. But you should check the film credits and copyright notice to be sure...

I would go with this.  Printed on the DVD cover is the phrase, "Original Title Si Wang You Ju / Game of Death".  I can't see anybody arguing against that.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

Except we don't use the cover for that information...

This would be classified as a 'foreign film' as it was made in Hong Kong and is being sold in a different region.  As such, The Original Title field will contain the original title for the main feature in the country of origin.  That title, per the DVD case, is 'Si Wang You Ju / Game of Death'.

I never even noticed that on the cover.
Personally, I have no objection to 'Si Wang You Ju' being added to the original title field. It's a bit of a grey area as to whether it's 100% following the rules, but it's extra data in an otherwise empty field so I see no problems using it.

That would not be possible (from the rules)
Title
- Use the title from the front cover.
Original Title
- Use the title from the copyright notice if available, otherwise from the film's credits.

as already noted by ruben
Quote:

wich is the copyright notice:
Original Title: Si Wang You Ju / Game of Death

and with this option in DVD Profiler from menu: Tools: Options: Display
Title Format where you can set: Title (Original Title)
So DVD Profiler shows as title: Game of Death (Si Wang You Ju)

so I would also opt for this solution 'Si Wang You Ju' in the Original Title Filed and 'Game of Death' in Title field.

Agree. The rules on Original Titles need some rethinking. I would add something like
"If the on-screen title of a foreign movie has been translated too, any other valid source (for instance, information on the Original Title on back cover, title used in the Locality of the original version, official web site of the movie...) can be used to document the Original Title."

Offtopic, but why couldnt they just add the real finnish flag to indicate finnish subtitles to the cover? It would have only taken a quick glance to wiki, and few minutes in paint to make it right
