I just noticed: In the Lord of the Rings sequel something strange happens with P. Grieve
The Fellowship of the Ring:
Philip Grieve one L

The Two Towers:
Phil Grieve Hero Orc

Philip Grieve Hero Orcs one L

The Return of the King:
Phillip Grieve Hero Orcs double L

so for the movies we have:
2 x Philip Grieve The Fellowship of the Ring & The Two Towers

1 x Phil Grieve The Two Towers
1 x Phil Grieve The Irrefutable Truth About Demons (2000) (Verified by schizzzo)

1 x Phillip Grieve The Return of the King
1 x Phillip Grieve King Kong (2005) (two "l") (Verified by schizzzo)

He's also credited in following movies:
Bridge to Terabithia (2007) Philip Grieve ?
Hercules (2005) Phillip Grieve ?
"The Strip" .... Andy (1 episode, 2003) Phillip Grieve ?
Truth About Demons (2000) (USA) Phillip Grieve ?
"Young Hercules" .... Fatuus (1 episode, 1999) Phillip Grieve ?
Could you kindly verify the credits in the movie and let me know how he is credited? Be carefull with Philip or Phillip (single our double L)

so as it stands for the moment the common name would be:
Philip or Phillip or Phil Grieve (undecided)

I wouldn't put it past anyone to know-  that these massive credit rolls that run 24FF (30?) per seconds and last for for up to 9 minutes.. there are bound to be a lot of spelling errors to the actors and crew not only for their names and middle names as well as their roles there will be a multitude of errors.
I guess sometimes they are caught and sometimes if most likely never caught. ( until Invelos Profiler comes along months later and catches and corrects these problems., or at least try to.)

Just recently I was looking at Eric Idles Rutles 2 -Can't Buy Me Lunch -(Made for TV feature,)  where in the end credits the name 'Barry Wom'  ( i.e Ringo Starr ) which was spelt 'Barry'  for the first film back in 1970's (two R's.)  , But for this sequel the name is spelt with only one R in the credits ( Bary)...  ?  Why ?  Oh yeah,., because someone didn't check it proper when the credits were typed.    JMOHO  . ...
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

Base Runner Baseball Rules:
There is no rule that states that a tie goes to the runner. Well at least not in those exact words. The portion of the rule in section 6.05 that applies to ...

However what it does mean ...?

In Baseball, a runner is "out" if he or the first base plate is tagged (= marked by a opposing player holding the ball) before the runner gets there. Since the rule says "before", in a case when the runner reaches first base at the exact same time as the tagging takes place (= tie = no one wins) that tie could be ruled to favor the runner, not the tagging.

But, in those rare cases where you actually have an on field ruling for a tie, yelling at the umpire that "ties go to the runner" won't get you very far, probably even sent off the field (depending on the amount of yelling involved).
