| Posted: | | | | My database appears to be missing numbers. It skips from 608 to 613, then skips again from 613 to 617, again from 619-623, then again from 624-626. Any ideas on why this is happening?? | | | Last edited: by Motel Hell |

| Posted: | | | | Not sure what's happening, but have you tried to renumber them using Collection: Reassign Collection Numbers and seeing if that removes the gaps? Have you checked your parental controls through Tools: Options: Parental Control? Is anything checked that would hide adult/NC-17/Not Rated titles?
If all else fails, try the repair database function...Tools: Options: Utilities: Repair DVD Profiler Database.
Hope this helps! | | | Lori |

| Posted: | | | | I tried the fixes mentioned, but there's still a missing number or two. I'm assuming I just have to go back and do the fixes again. Thanx for the help!! | | | Last edited: by Motel Hell |

| Posted: | | | | Another idea that springs to mind is that if you originally gave a box-set parent profile a Collection Number then removed the collection number afterwards, maybe after adding child entries. This would have left an empty/free number that you are seeing. Re-assigning the collection numbers will resolve this. Which is something that I too went through |
