Try doing a database repair and download it again.

I am running 3.1.1 Build 1171.

I tried the database repair, didnt help.
I also have DVD Profiler on another PC. And I have the same problem there too.
It's just that one profile, everything else works.

download this profile, it is a backup of that profile:
I'm on RC 3.5.0 Build 1239 this might not work . As you are on 3.1.1 Build 1171. Wait some more days until 3.5 is released. Other users have same problem

when you have it on your harddisc on an easy to find location, this is what you do next:
from DVD Profiler menu:
File
Restore Database
specifique loacation and browse to the file and select it.
next
IMPORTANT: select Restore Specifique Profiles
[v] The Nightmare Before Christmas: 2-Disc Collector's Edition < Mark this one
leave the selections selected for Restore profiles and Restore cover scans
press ok
the profile should now be in your wishlist
close the DVD Profiler
and from the start > All Programs > DVD Profiler > Database Repair Utility: run this and leave selection at full.

If restore did fail, remove the profile 8717418176556, do the database repair again form the windows start and not within the program and try restore again of that profile.
