| Posted: | | | | I just got J*A*G* Season 1 Volume 1, and wanted to add it to my collection.
So, when looking for the EAN/UPC code: 8714865503478 nothing came up, so I wanted to add it manually, and then add the 3 discs as childs, but whatever I try, it doesn't work. It keeps saying it is already in my collection, but it isn't.
I thought of using an existing profile, but the one I could find had 6 discs in it, while mine only had 3. | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

If it says the UPC/EAN is in use try this: 1) Right click in collection list ->View columns -> IPC 2) Sort by UPC 3) scroll through the UPC list to find the UPC If the UPC is not child UPC it should be in the main list. This will let you find what the existing entry is. |

If the UPC is not child UPC it should be in the main list. This will let you find what the existing entry is. You can actually press Alt+F10 to find the entry with the corresponding UPC. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

When I try to add those child profiles it keeps saying that the title is already in use. You have to add them by entering the discs into your DVD drive and let DVD Profile detect their DiscIds (via "Add by Disc"). Otherwise you have to use the "Add by Title" tab. You can't however use the UPC for them, too. If you have already them in you list then you open the parent profile, switch to "Box Set" and simply add them. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | That is the problem. When I am using the DiscId it just gives me the title again, and then that it is already in the database. For now I just downloaded the other profile, removed the extra discs from it and locked the profile so it can't be submitted. Will go look into it later on. | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |
