====================================================== More than just your collection - bring the entire online database with you
Browse new releases, upcoming releases, by date range, or week-by-week.
When you synchronize with DVD Profiler, the latest list is automatically sent to your mobile device. You can send the whole list, or narrow it down to save space by selecting specific localities, and by limiting to recent releases.
Find something you want? Move it to your wishlist, ordered, or owned collections right from this list.
New releases are automatically highlighted for easy identification. =====================================================
What does the bolded part mean? The entire database of DVDs in the DVD Profiler database including titles NOT owned by me?
If yes, any ideas how big the database is? What are the storage requirements?
I can see that feature being very useful to me while I'm out shopping. Frequently, I see a title I know nothing about and it would be handy to be able to lookup a title and read the reviews and ratings from imdb, amazon, or some other source. Is that possible? |

| Posted: | | | | Yes, you can look up DVDs to purchase from within the mobile app. The storage requirement is variable - you can determine how much of the database to keep on the mobile device. If you chose the entire list, it would take 30MB, but you can easily limit the list to DVDs available in your area to cut the size down, generally to about 8 MB. You can further reduce it by limiting the list to recent/upcoming releases, within a customizable release window. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
