How long should it normally take to respond to a support ticket, i raised one on the 7th Jan and it is still showing as "In Queue" just wonder what the Invelos schedule is for checking these.

That is weird I have opened support tickets 3 or 4 times now... and the longest I had to wait was only 2 to 3 days max. Maybe it depends on the problem? or maybe have just been lucky.

Yea, i have only had to wait a max of a week for a response before, just seemed a bit wired that it has been this long and not even been read
