| Posted: | | | | Anyone had problems syncing with DVD Profiler desktop? Since I've upgraded, I haven't been able to do it regular or by mapping a drive. +++++++++++++++++++++ Part two of this issue, and how I forgot, well... When I installed, the prompt is to uninstall previous version. OK, so I did. I now have *NO* DVD Profiler icon in for the program section of WM 6.1, or is I do it's hiding. | | | Last edited: by Fingerlakes Dave |

| Posted: | | | | I moved all my profiles out of custom collections so they now show in my owned directory on the mobile device however I still get the error while copying the custom collection files.

| Posted: | | | | I'm having the same problem... Tried everything mentioned already... Even deleted all of my custom categories... Hopefully this will get fixed, because this is a feature I've wanted for awhile... I have a Windows Mobile 6 Classic device... |

| Posted: | | | | just finished a support ticket with Invelos. Not sure if this is your problem but in my case the below solved the error Quote: It looks like this may happen for custom collection categories for which the blank image type is selected. Try selecting an image type for each category under Tools->Edit Collection Categories. -Agrare |

| Posted: | | | | Hi, all. I also had problems syncing with my mobile with an error: "Can not read file .....". My problems ended when I temporarily paused Kaspersky Antivirus. Maybe a suggestion for some other problems ;-) |

The most anoying thing is when Profiler fails to send the error report that is generated after it failes to sync. |
