| Posted: | | | | Hello
I've been reading the forum, trying for two days, but it seems impossible to have my profiler mobile synced with my profiler desktop. I have the mobile programm installed on my smartphone, but everytime I sync the mobile database on my HTC stays empty. I tried saving on the card as well on the internal memory of the phone, without success. Can someone help me out?? I'm out of ideas to fix this problem.
I apologise if there is already a topic about this specific HTC problems synching. |

Each time I opened a ticket so far, I got the first answer within 24 hrs (always during the week). Tickets are listed on the bottom of the support page. You have to check for an answer yourself, you won't get a notice like when you have unread PMs. Sounds like you're taking a vacation? Godspeed! I'm not taking a vacation. :-) This year it's not on the agenda with a half year old baby. |

| Posted: | | | | I have an HTC Imagio which is considered the same as HTC Touch 2. It has been a couple months since the installation, but here are a couple of things to think about: 1) After installing the software on your computer that came with your phone, did you restart. 2) Have you updated the software on your computer and your phone to the latest version. 3) Are you using the compatible versions of DVDP and DVDP Mobile. 4) Have you updated to the latest OS and other features on your phone. 5) Some people reported it taking a long time for the sync to happen the first time, but after that, it seemed to work fine. 6) This might sound condescending, but it's not meant that way, but do you have your phone plugged into your computer with the USB cable with DVDP running, and do you get a message that says the computer and phone are talking to one another with the little sync icon in the tray? 7) You should only need to click sync with mobile option and tell the info where to go...phone memory or card. This is all I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure support will reply asap with questions and/or answers. I hope you get it working, it's very cool. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | Thx for the troubleshoot list!
Al the questions have "yes" as an answer. That's why I'm out of inspiration for the moment. |

| Posted: | | | | I should have asked, but are you running WinXP, Vista or Win7? It sounds to me like you are running Win7. Is your account set up as an administrator? A user account admin is not the same as system admin. Try right clicking on DVDP when launching and tell it to run as administrator. If this does not work and you are running Win7 Pro, Ultimate or Enterprise, try the following URL and hopefully one of the options will. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/507-built-administrator-account-enable-disable.html I hope one of these helps...if you haven't already tried them. Good Luck! | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

| Posted: | | | | I have Vista as OS, always logged in as administrator.
I'm trying with the right click to run as admin ...
I'm getting a HTTP error code 87 |

| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately, I went from XP to Win7, so I don't have any experience with Vista. Hopefully someone who does or the support ticket can give you the help you need. Again, I truly hope you get it working. It has already kept me from double-dipping, plus if someone asks a question about a particular movie, I can usually find the answer for them, when a computer is not available. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

I hope my ticket wil be quickly reviewed and solved.
I've been using Profiler for years now and decided to activate the mobile account a week ago. I'm getting impatient now to see the result.
I already want to thank the posters in this thread Mreeder50 & Muckl for their hints and help. |
