Hi Guys

Everytime when I start the .exe it crash with this errormessages: Access violation at address 00B87154 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Write of address 00000014 and Eine DLL-Initialisierungsroutine ist fehlgeschlagen.

What can I do? I have the program deinstalled and installed two times. But it don't helped.

I also start the program with Adminrights and nothing happend.

Till a few days ago, I use the program with Win Xp 32 bit and everythimg was OK. But I powerd up my PC an installed also Win7 home premium 64bit. Since then the program will not start again.

Sorry for my bad english.

Martin

Try to start the program and keep CTRL-ALT-Shift pressed while the Splash Screen is visible.

I didn't had the "Access Violation", but perhaps you could give this a try:

If it doesn't work, you could start support ticket. (Seems to be not an trivial mistake)

I don't know if "load without plugins" is included in the above, so perhaps you could try this:
Quote:
Press and hold ALT while starting DVD Profiler. DVD Profiler will not load any plugins. Then, visit Tools->View Plugins and make sure the offending plugin is not selected. Select OK from that window to save your changes.
