Hi to everybody,

i would like to understand the role of the Button named "No to All" during the refresh of updated profiles from Invelos" for a box set.

I have in my collection a simple profile which is "normally" a box set but with no child profile.

During the refresh process of updated profiles, the box set appears in the list (the box set is the unique profile in the refresh list). I have checked the option "Check accepted profiles for new box set contents" and unchecked the option "Add them automatically". So then i arrive at the screen where all child profiles contained in the box set are listed.

For the question "Add these profiles ?" I have 3 buttons: "Yes", "No" and "No to All". If i choose "No" or "No to All" the action is the same: only the box set profile is added.

So i would like to know what must happen with the "No to All" button and if it's normal or not that the "No to All" button have the same result than the "No" button ?

thanks for your help

A "... to all" button in mass data operations means that you choose that option for the current profile and for all others after that.

Just like when you copy files in Windows and the Explorer asks you "Overwrite file?" and you can say "Yes to All" that means the system will overwrite that file and any other that might already exist but is in the copy cloud.

thanks for your response !!!!

I understand the ".. to All" explanation: it's not a problem about that. My question is about the difference between the "No" and the "No to All" buttons available on the child profiles screen during the refresh process for a box set profile.

the "No" and "No to All" buttons have (or seems to have) the same result: i don't see the interest of the "No to All" button. These 2 buttons do the same thing: only the box set content is refreshed and none of all child profiles are added.

It makes a difference only when you apply the operation to more than one boxset simultaneously. The choice you make for the (children of) the first boxset, then also applies to the others (or not, according to your choice).
