Love it generally but it I think the grahics could be improved! Functions fine but the main page looks like it was designed by the engineer's department rather than the graphic department!  No offence, I mean to be constructive.

After all, the graphics department and the engineer's department each consist of one person, and it's the same person too!
Maybe this can be solved by having user-contributed skins, just like for the PC version. Or does Apple not allow that?

Please do criticize! As long as it's done respectfully, that will help them make a better product!

It's a common issue when a programmer designs a UI. We're trained to think logically in a step-by-step fashion. Artists think totally differently.

Hello everyone, after being so critical about the long wait for the iPad version, I wanted to come on here and sing some praise now...

As soon as I noticed it was available, I Bought it. (What a Surprise)

And I for one, am THRILLED. It is awesome. Actually worth the wait.

Now I hear it is filled with Bugs. Ok. New Release. It happens.

The only thing I saw was the 1st attempt to "WiFi" my content? It Crashed.
BUT - The Second time? Took about a half hour, but with over 2,700 movies that was Ok.

But NOW? I bring my iPad everywhere. I Love this software. And it looks like updates are already in the works so now give the guy some time to address them...

Obviously a TON of work went into this. I am amazed, and I hope they hit huge with this software.

Indeed, please do.  The "category" screen has about 20 bullet points in my todo list but they got pushed to a future release, probably 1.1.  (Not to be confused with the upcoming 1.0.1)  Cool things are planned for this screen.

And users think differently again. My job is application testing. I think in terms of user workflows, and my "criticisms" to developers are often along the lines of "users don't do their work that way".
