Hi guys,

Just checking before I buy the iOS version of the software, I can sync collections across both the iPhone and the iPad?

Also, is there Mac software at all? Or is it just for portable iOS devices?

Thanks in advance!

Apologies for the 'is there a Mac version' as I've just found the answer!

The iPad / iPhone question still stands though :D

Currently the only way to synch between 2 IOS devices is to use the desktop version to do so (you do not need to purchase it, the free version will work). If you only have a MAC that will require running some sort of windows emulator. I believe several here have used Parallels successfully.

Thanks for this

Surely there's a way the database can be transferred to any iOS device via a sync in iTunes? I just syned in the hope it'd word (before I saw the responses on here) but to no avail

Am I wrong in thinking that there should be a way of syncing via iTunes?

Hi krisgreen65

No, this sync has absolutly nothing to do with iTunes. You can forget iTunes for this. It makes a direct connect to your DVD Profiler on the desktop and syncs it over with the data needed. Take the database from the desktop PC and copy it to the iPhone/iPad would not work, I believe the database has not the same structure on the mobile devices. So just do it the way it is made for and which works great :-).

I've read that Developer is working to give us a true OTA sync (hoping the same avaible for example with 1 Password through Dropbox) ...
Any official reply from Developer about the timeframe ?
