Hi !

I used to scan some DVDs then "Update" to send changes to the PC.. no problem...

I just spent a few hours scanning barcodes.. now I have all my 450 DVDs in my iPhone, but i've got some problems :

1) The IOS application often doesn't start (it launches then exits right away)
2) After a few tries, it finally opens and I can browse my DVD.. but no luck updating the PC app : it connects ok, but then display a "Unable to send changes." message

Completely stuck here... What should I do ?

I Tried to repair the database on the PC side.. nothing changed

Thanks !

I finally got my connection established. I began transferring my DVD's (1147) to the computer. It got to 107 and stopped. After rebooting my iPhone & the computer program, I was able to get 2 more to transfer to the computer from my iPhone.  That was it. I now have 109 dvd's uploaded out of 1147. This process took about 2 hours. What is the problem with this very simple to use app? It also crashes often. I don't mind the crashing, but I'm baffled as to why it won't transfer from my iPhone to my computer?

one possible hint to the developpers : at one time, during the scanning process of all my dvds, I removed one of the newly scanned dvds from the collection (to add a similar one just after)...

Tried everything... even installed DVD Profiler on another PC, make a new database from scratch, re-download my backup from the Online one
Tried to update to that new PC.. same thing : "Unable to send changes"

I'm 100% it's not a connection issue (settings are OK, the "connecting checkbox" appears just before the "send changes".. plus I could update with another database...

So... since we can't access to the online database from the iPhone, I'm stuck, and for sure I don't want to lose all the non synchronized DVD on my iPhone (Litterally spent hours to scan those !!).

Another possible hint for the developpers : On my iPhone, each DVD has a profile number from 1 to 485
but on the PC database, which has updated up to 330 dvds, only the first 276 dvds have profile numbers... the others don't have one...

Just wait for 1.1.1. There is a bug in 1.1.0 causing that problem.
