Hi,

does anyone have this problem at this moment? Refresh does not work, yesterday it did. He scans the collection completely, but then he stops when the green bars are full with no further action. I can cancel this popup, but Prof reacts sluggishly after that. Internet connection is working propoerly (tested also with the tool-onle option). Restarting the PC did not help.
My problem or a general one?
Thx for your input/advice!

Solved the problem myself. Ran the database repair. Seems to be the magic potion for everything.

Indeed ... the Holy Trinity of Windows - "Retry, Reboot, Reinstall" is expanded to "Retry, Repair, Reboot, Reinstall" for DVD Profiler!

Eiter in the Start menu under (All) Programs -> DVD Profiler -> Database Repair Utility

Or in DVD Profiler under Tools -> Options -> Utilities

Thanks, Had the exact same problem thanks for the info.

Only wished I had done a "custom" fix and unchecked removed unused. Lost a ton of actors and crew I had been building up.

Always do a backup before running a repair.

Let me rephrase that.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS BACKUP.
