If the options menu checkbox is unmarked ( = don't append articles), the articles in the titles are actually appended.

That changes if you actually DO check the box ( = append articles): the articles are then NOT appended, but stay at the beginning of the title.

But if you update a profile, the true setting of the checkbox from the options menu is utilized, i.e. updated profiles then have their articles appended again.
