Can't a dvd to my collection

I am getting socket error 10022, it can't download any dvd to my profiler, it says to check internet connections, getting flustered.
Any thoughts?

The first thing you should do is a database repair. I would also recommend doing this once a week or so also.

Go to DVDP > Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database.
