Iphone 4 title count discrepancy

My dvd profiler pro program on my computer shows a count of 351 but when i sync my database on my phone it only gives me 260 total. I've tried deleting the connection and resyncing again to no avail. parental controls are off. What am I missing. I need an accurate count on my phone so I don't end up buying movies I already own.
ANY HELP WOULD BE AWESOME!

Run database repair tool on your PC. This is what fixed my problem with count discrepancy.
