Kind of, I think it had its moments in the scare scenes, dolls in horror movies are always creepy, so Billy is the 'Good Guy' here and they even have a clown, I felt some tension but wasn't horrified, I did not like the main cast, I liked the father figure, though, if you know what I mean, I think dialogue and story were ordinary, I liked the end, I did not like the use of CGI towards the end.

Yeah, i gotcha. Glad you kinda liked it tho =)
Th the dialouge and story were just ordinary, i think they got the most out of it. And for me, what did it the most, was the dolls. There is just something about dolls in horror movies!
But i would watch it again tho
