ISSUE: Custom categories are not displayed on the main screen under Collection nor on the Collection page.
Steps to reproduce behavior: Open DVD Profiler for Android. One the main screen only the standard categories are shown. For example,
Collection
-- All
-- Owned
-- Ordered
-- Wishlist
Database
...
On the Collection page it simply shows the following:
DVD Profiler

-- Owned
-- Ordered
